It was a fine and sunny day, and being the wonderful and benevolent
person I was, I couldn't resist putting on all the new equipment that I
had just bought. Chains and ring hung from every possible place as I
flashed. My equipment mind you, not myself you perverts.
"Hey handsome", I thought to myself, "What's the point of being a
super hero if you don't show it off. Beauty of your degree shouldn't
be hidden". So I set off to wander around midgaard, dropping the
occasional gold coin just to prove my generosity. Winking at a few
of the passing female citizens, I checked out the duds of the rest
around me. Yup, no one else had the taste or style to carry off
bright blue armour and gold chains.
All was going fine and dandy, then it happened. I temporarily
misplaced myself and found myself at the gateway of an exclusive
aardclub. A large sign blinked in the night, like the way the rats in
rats lair blinked when I tossed lights at them. "The
Intelligent Efficient Robots Society"
hung over the red carpeted entrance of the doorway and I couldn't help
being drawn to it.
A shady person hovered near the entrance; he was a shadow after all,
and I stood awe struck at the luxurious interior. I startled as he moved
close to me and whispered "Want to enter and be part of the club?".
My heart jumped and I hurriedly snapped my jaw shut, stopping
the trail of drool.
Whatever happened next was such all a rush, and when the initials
"T.I.E.R.S" stopped dancing in my eyes, I realised I had been
shoved into a pitch black room. A deep sense of foreboding pounced
on me and attempted to send its army of penguins after me.
A trail of ancient aardwolfian text appeared above me and I squinted
intently at the words. A profound look passed over my face as I
uttered a single word in reply "Huh?" A loud voice boomed out in
annoyance "Oh geeee, dedicates these a days are so ignorant". A
translation appeared the words and I brainlessly complied to the
request.
1)Remove all eq that is out of the level 1-10 rangeI looked at
myself and shrugged. There was a mob of thieves who had situated
themselves outside of the cathedral and had stolen everything I owned.
2)Do you wish to change your class?...I had always fancied
being a mage, so I said so.
3) And your race? At this point, something
So there it is, my remorting experience. Some may say remorting gives
you experience and makes you better, but frankly, I can't see how ending
up NAKED,BRUISED,BROKE AND A RAT makes you any better.
Oh and it strips you of your experience as well. |
