Syntax: autogold - Toggle current setting.
autogold on - Turn on automatic gold looting.
autogold off - Turn off automatic gold looting.
By default, you will automatically loot any object with the keyword 'coins'
from monsters you kill. Toggle this off to manually loot gold from monster
corpses.
It does not automatically loot any other objects from or sacrifice a corpse
when killed; these are covered with 'autoloot' and 'autosac', respectively.
NOTE: Autogold is only useful if you have autoloot off but still want to
get gold. With Autoloot on, you loot everything anyway, including gold.
Turning Autogold off does not override Autoloot.
