Syntax: Combat
Premise:
If there is a war running that you are eligible for, and you
would like to join it, just type 'COMBAT'. This will take you
to the warfare preparation room, where you can prepare to go
into battle.
Notes:
There is only a short time limit after war is declared in which
you can opt to enter it.
