The following issues regarding spouses (spice?) can be considered 'dead' and not worth arguing for/against.

  Ownership is absolute.  There is no way to directly reown quest gear to
  your spouse.

  Manor purchases and upgrades are the only way to share costs between
  spouses.  Joint bank accounts will never be added.

  If you want to make babies, MUD less and socialize more!

  While polygamy may be acceptable in some cultures, you will always be
  limited to a sole spouse on Aardwolf.
