Syntax: deaf (toggles)
When Deaf is enabled, you will not be able to hear any tells that are sent to you. They will not be queued a la AFK, but the person sending them will be informed that you are not receiving tells. People in your 'visto' list will still be able to send you tells, so using a combination of deaf/visto is a good way to filter tells.

The 'hearfriends' command can be used to still receive tells from friends while deaf to everyone else.
