We often get asked if it is legal to repeatedly PK someone who is ignoring
you.
PK is considered part of the game and part of clanned life rather than a
form of communication. Insulting someone you don't like after they ignore
you is harassment. PKing someone you don't like is playing the game.
Think about it from a game mechanics angle - if the rules were any
different then simply using 'ignore' would be a quick and convenient way to
stop anyone from attacking you any time.
