To move, type the direction you wish to move.  Valid directions are north,
south, east, west, up, and down.  You may shorten these commands (just use
'n' for 'north', for example).

Some rooms also have custom exits.  These use special commands, such as
'jump down', etc.  These will (usually) show via the 'exits' command;
see 'help exits'.
