Syntax: outfit
This command, only useable by characters of level 5 and below, will
re-equip a character with basic equipment- a torch (light), vest,
shield, weapon, and guide. They will be equipped automatically, and
outfit will not equip any slot where equipment is already worn.
This is the same equipment that a character starts with at creation- it
is not 'better' equipment and has no value; repeatedly outfitting for
the equipment only provides more spam for yourself.
