For a player the same tier as you, you can attack someone up to 10 levels lower than you and anyone higher level.

When there is a tier difference between two players, the level range you can attack is adjusted by 2 levels per tier. So a T2 can only attack a T1 up to 8 levels below them and a T6 can only attack a T1 their same level or higher while a T9 can only attack someone 6 levels higher.

If there is a tier difference between the attacker and the target, the ten (10) levels below requirement is increased by two (2) levels per tier difference. For example, a T2 can only attack a T1 player eight (8) levels below or higher, a T6 can only attack a T1 of the same level or higher, and a T9 can only attack a T1 that is a minimum of six (6) levels higher.

Tier adjustments do not apply between level 200/201 players or attacking Hardcore players. See 'help pk' for other restrictions and exceptions.

In each case, the level that can be attacked is the standard 10 level difference reduced by 2 levels for each tier difference.

You can use 'who pkrange' to see who is in the level range you would be allowed to attack. This does not mean you can kill them, just that they are in the right level range.
