There are many timers that 'raidstats timers' uses to help control the
raiding process. Below are detailed explanations for the various timers.

Idle Timer
In order to prevent clans from targeting a clan and blocking any other
attempts at raiding, an 'idle timer' has been added.

  - The timer starts when a raiding party sits idle for a certain amount
of time without recruiting, targeting, or actually invading a clan.
  - Upon reaching the timeout, the party is automatically disbanded.
  - The party will have a 2 minute warning before disbanding.

Raid Timeouts
Raiders only have a limited period of time to invade a clan.

  - This time period begins the moment a raider sets foot in the target
    clan's maze.
  - Upon reaching the time limit, the raid will end, and all raiders
within the clan hall will be transferred out.

Raider Deaths
When a (Raider) dies inside the target clan's hall, whether by regular
means or suicide, a timer is set before they can reenter the clan hall.

Defender Deaths
Both external and internal defenders have timeouts before they can reenter
the raided clan's maze.

  - When an external (Defender) dies inside the clan hall, whether by
regular means or suicide, two timers are set.
    - The defender has a personal timer before he/she can reenter the hall.
    - A timer is placed on one of the external defender slots. Other
(Defender)s can only enter the clan hall if the number of free
defender slots is greater than the number of external defenders
      currently in the hall.
  - When an internal defender dies inside the clan hall, whether by regular
means or suicide, a short timer is set before they can reenter a PK
    room in the clan hall.

Successful Raids
When the first raider buys an item from the targeted clan store, the raid
has breached the target clan's defenses and is officially successful.

  - Once this occurs, no new members may be added to the raiding party.

  - The raiding party has a limited amount of time to get as many members
of the party through the clan and into the store to buy items. There
is a coded limit to the number of items purchasable per raider.

  - A timer will start once the raid is successful. This timer will
prevent the raided clan from being raided again until the timer is up.

Unsuccessful Raids
A raid is unsuccessful if the raid timer expires before the raid party has
purchased an item (indicating a successful raid) or the raid party quits
or disbands. If this occurs, a timer is set before the clan can be raided
again.

Post-Raid Revenge
A timer starts once a (Raider) is no longer a member of an active raiding
party (whether by the party expiring, the party disbanding, or by quitting
the party). While this timer is active, the player cannot join another
raiding party, and members of the targeted clan and its allies may attack
the raider in any room not flagged as safe.
