Calling upon the mysterious powers of Ix, the caster sends forth a bolt of
power, which damages the target and marks it with a strange rune. The
rune acts as an attractor for further attacks of magical power.
Primary stat: Intelligence.
Affected by : Wisdom, Luck.
Note- This spell replaced the 'Faerie Fire' spell when V3 launched.
