A sharp weapon has been magically honed to do more damage in combat. The end result is exactly the same as the scorpion strike ability (see 'help scorpion strike'). The extra damage inflicted is the same as the weapon's current damage type.

Those with damage 0 set (see 'help damage') may be able to spot when it happens by variations in damage amounts, but there is no indication the flag has activated, nor how much extra damage it inflicted.
