Syntax: None (Passive ability)
A bandit quickly learns how to use powers of distraction to pilfer items right out from underneath unsuspecting shopkeepers' noses.

This passive ability will allow bandits to occasionally steal an item from a shop without paying its gold piece cost. Stolen items will have the 'stolen' item flag, which prevents resale back to shops. Getting rid of the equipment by other means (auction, fence, etc.) is still possible.

Stolen items do not count as a purchased item for raid buy limits.

Skill Available Only: Subclass Bandit
Primary Stats: Dexterity, Luck.
