Syntax: tierpin
The tierpin command is used after you gain a new tier and want to upgrade
your tier pin.
After you tier, make sure your previous pin is in your inventory and type
'tierpin'. If this is your first tier then you will have no previous pin
and just need to type the command.
Tier pins given via the tierpin command will be kept.
If a player is found to be wearing two tier pins, they will both be
confiscated and a new one will not be given until the following tier.
Note: Players who 'skip a generation' of tier pins (because of enchants)
will still need an imm to manually upgrade a pin if they choose to do it
later. T9s looking for a replacement pin will also still need to contact
an imm.
