Spellcasters and thieves can entangle an opponent in a magical web that
restricts both movement and use of portals. The amount of restricted movement
is based upon the strength of the web spell, which can be seen using
'affects'. When affected by a web, multiple attempts may be required to
succeed in various types of movement (such as recalling, fleeing, or entering
a portal), and if fully webbed the chance of successfully moving is very low.
The success of a web spell varies depending on the stats of the caster vs
the stats of the target. The stats used, in order of importance, are below:
Caster: Intelligence, Wisdom, Luck
Target: Intelligence, Wisdom, Luck, Resistance to Negative, Constitution.
Web can be reduced or completely removed using the 'dissolve' spell.
