Level Based:

• Holds an additional 20 per level. So, a level 200 bag holds 5000.

As you gain levels, the stats of the bag will increase with you. Buying a higher level bag from someone else serves no purpose as the bag will be set to your own level.

The questor does not buy back this type of item.
