Object Stat

ObjStat: (Cost: 500qp per stat)

At a cost of 500qp per stat, you can add a stat to ANY item that can be
worn, regardless of other enhancements. Quest points may be used to add
Level/30 stats or 5 stats, whichever is lower.

The syntax is: quest buy objstat <item> <stat>
