Channel

     channel - syntax: channel(CH,"channel name",["on"|"off"]) 

Without the third argument, returns TRUE if CH has the specified channel on/off. With the third argument, turns the channel on or off - used in academy to toggle channels are various stages.

   --- Part of academy lesson on auction. Is skipped is CH already has auction on.
