This spell cannot be cast by a player, but may be found in potions, pills,
scrolls, etc., throughout the realm.

The Black Lotus is an ancient plant that flowers only under the light of a
new moon.  When gathered by silver scythe and specially prepared, a
concoction of this potent brew will restore Mana and Mystical Energy to any
who imbibe it.
