Haggle

This skill allows the low-leve thief to convince the seller to improve the price. When the thief is selling an item, it increases the gold they get and when they are buying an item, it decreases the prices. This skill only works in shops (not with other players) and is automatically used. Thieves gain this skill at level 5 and use it throughout their theiving career.
