Portal

This spell opens a magic portal to your victim. You can use <enter portal> to transport yourself to the room your portal leads to. The Portal is one-way only. The portal will remain open for a fixed period of time, dependent on the caster's level and the strength of the spell.

Note that you cannot create portals in some rooms, and some rooms cannot be targets of portals.
